Road infrastructure is a very important public asset. It helps communities to access workplaces, health care, education and social amenities not present in once community. Hard to reach areas in The Gambia have been crying for the lack of good roads which affects their livelihood.

The former government have been credited for massive infrastructural development.

However, there still remains a void to fill. The people of Faraba Sutu and surrounding say, they want to enjoy the privileges other communities are enjoying.
