As part of our newly launched skills programs, the Media Academy for Journalism and Communication recently completed an orientation for 46 young people enrolled in our Film and Photography, Digital Media Production, and Communication programs.

These programs are part of the "Unlocking Potentials to Combat Irregular Migration" project with support from Gambia Media Support. The goal is to equip young people with relevant skills for self-employment.

The participants will undergo an intensive nine-month training. They are expected to maintain an 85% attendance record, as failure of which will result in non-certification. Upon completion, they will be certified with a Higher National Diploma in their respective courses.
